Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Community App has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing such content and to cooperating with law enforcement and relevant authorities to protect children.

2. Standards Against CSAE and CSAM

• Prohibited content: We do not allow any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes CSAM and any material that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Immediate action: Any content that we identify or that is reported as CSAM or CSAE is removed as quickly as possible. We do not host or knowingly distribute such material.
• Account enforcement: Users who post, share, or attempt to distribute CSAM or engage in CSAE are subject to immediate account termination and referral to authorities where required by law.
• No exceptions: These standards apply to all users and all content on our platform, with no exceptions.

3. How Users Can Report

Users can report child safety concerns in-app:

• Posts: Use the three-dot menu on any post and select "Report Post." Choose the most appropriate reason (e.g., "Inappropriate Content" or "Other") and include "child safety" or "CSAM" in the details so we can prioritize the report.
• Videos: Use the menu on any video and select "Report video." Provide as much detail as possible so we can act quickly.

All reports are reviewed promptly. Reports that may involve CSAM or CSAE are escalated and handled in line with our legal and safety procedures, including reporting to relevant authorities where required.

4. Compliance and Cooperation

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. We report to regional and national authorities as required by law when we become aware of apparent CSAM or CSAE. We cooperate with law enforcement and designated bodies in investigations related to child safety.
