1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Community mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Community App regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Community App is a social networking application that allows users to:

• Create and share posts, videos, and stories
• Connect with other users in their city and area
• Engage with content through likes, comments, and shares
• Follow other users and build a network
• Discover trending content and users

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the App

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post on Community App. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content within the App and in connection with providing the service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights)
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Is spam, unsolicited, or promotional in nature
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains false or misleading information

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, harm, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person, entity, or organization
• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or viruses

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor, review, and moderate all content posted on the App
• Remove or edit any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms
• Take legal action against users who violate these Terms

We may remove content without prior notice if we determine it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Community App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMUNITY APP, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Community App, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the App

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Account Deletion Policy.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Community App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Or through the courts of competent jurisdiction if arbitration is not available

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Community App regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Google Play Store Compliance

These Terms of Service comply with Google Play Store Developer Program Policies. By using this app through Google Play, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms comply with Google Play's content and conduct policies
• We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community environment
• We follow Google Play's guidelines for user-generated content moderation
• We provide clear reporting mechanisms for inappropriate content

Any violation of these Terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, in accordance with both these Terms and Google Play policies.
